The Cairngorms 4000s Challenge
Saturday 8th August 2020
ABOUT THE TRIP
Forget the National Three Peaks or Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenges. They are totally yesterday! This is a challenge to take in the 5 Munros over 4000ft in the Cairngorms National Park in a day. There are only 4 other 4000ers in Britain, all in Scotland across in Lochaber: Ben Nevis, Carn Mor Dearg, Aonach Mor and Aonach Beag).
It is an epic and I'll aim to meet everyone the evening beforehand in Aviemore to run through the plans. It'll give folks chance to get there and also the Sunday to recover and get home!
Munros (assumes clockwise direction though we may go anticlockwise):
1. Cairn Gorm (1,244m / 4,081ft)
2. Ben Macdui (1,309m / 4,295ft)
3. Cairn Toul (1,291m / 4,127ft)
4. Sgor Lochain Uaine (Angels Peak) (1,258m / 4,127ft)
5. Braeriach (1,296m / 4,252ft)
07:00am Sugarbowl Car Park

If you want to chat to me about the day feel free to do so - email is a good start as I'm often out and about with limited phone reception.
If you don't like the idea of the online booking, that's fine as I can simply raise an invoice.
Simply click 'Book Now' and follow the instructions. You'll get an automated confirmation reply but I'll follow that up when I get back to civilisation to say thanks and with more detail about the course..
Please ensure you've read the Terms and Conditions and you are aware of what you need to bring by downloading the gear list.
A quirk of the website hosting system means there are a range of ticket options (apologies about that). Please check the number you are booking for on the ticket options and ensure you request that number of tickets...
